Air Badminton, an outdoor variation of traditional badminton, has gained popularity due to its accessibility and minimal equipment requirements. This research paper aims to explore the physical and physiological benefits of Air Badminton. By examining existing literature, conducting empirical studies, and analyzing participant data, the paper will highlight how Air Badminton contributes to cardiovascular health, muscle development, coordination, and overall physical fitness.
