The study's subjects were fifty junior male volleyball players from Raghogarh College in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The researcher selected the following factors for this investigation: volleyball skills performance ability was considered the dependent variable for this study, and the three independent variables were quickness, agility, and speed. A pre-test–post-test randomised group design with a control group and an experimental group at the junior level was used. Data were collected prior to, during, and after six and twelve weeks of instruction. The data was analysed using the Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) Technique, with a significance threshold of 0.05.
