The importance of the research is summarized in the importance of the human being, who is God's eternal miracle on this planet on which we live. Contemplating God's creation makes us search for the most important therapeutic and rehabilitative methods that enable us to get rid of any symptom that afflicts this human being. Therefore, the researcher used meditation therapy and rehabilitative exercises to treat and rehabilitate the research sample. As for the research problem, it was embodied in the psychological effects and efficiency of the respiratory system that accompany humans after recovering from COVID-19, especially women, such as emaciation, inability to work, and feelings of depression. These effects occur on all people in all parts of the world, men and women, and Iraq is one of the countries that have had its share of this pandemic. The research aimed to: prepare rehabilitation exercises and therapeutic meditation sessions that are compatible with the research sample and to identify the effect of rehabilitation exercises and therapeutic meditation sessions on the efficiency of the respiratory system and the level of depression of the research sample. The research hypotheses were: There were statistically significant differences between the pre-and post-tests in the efficiency of the respiratory system of the research sample, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences between the pre-and post-tests on the depression scale of the research sample. The main experimental sample consisted of (22) recovered from COVID-19 and they were selected by the random method, and the two exploratory experiments were conducted. The treatment sessions were (40) treatment sessions, and the researcher concluded several conclusions: The researcher concluded when processing the data: the rehabilitation exercises helped raise the efficiency of the respiratory system of the research sample. At the same time, meditation sessions had a positive effect on the sample, as shown by the results of the depression scale. The researcher also recommended several recommendations, including encouraging patients who recovered from COVID-19 to practice rehabilitation exercises and meditation sessions, men and women - designing meditation therapy sessions and rehabilitation exercises according to the type and age of the sample. The researcher also recommended using meditation therapy sessions and rehabilitation exercises for other injuries.
