The FCM training method is one of the methods that may make a positive change in the level of physical ability and may also affect some mechanical variables of effectiveness because "the most important characteristic of FCM training is that it is a training that shortens the time and effort of the coach and the player through its effectiveness in training, based on the above The researcher sought to employ this training method in the effectiveness of the long jump among elite players in Iraq, so the study aimed to prepare exercises according to the training method FCM has the elite jumpers for the effectiveness of the long jump in Iraq, as well as to identify its impact on the variables of the study, as the researcher followed the experimental approach by designing one group, and the exercises were applied to a sample of 5 players representing 55.55% of the research community, with an average mass of (70.394), height (182.293) and age (19.284), As the exercises were applied by 24 training units distributed over 8 weeks, 3 units per week, in order to identify the extent of the impact of FMC training on the variables that the researcher sought to study, which were represented by some physical abilities represented by rapid ability, instantaneous explosive ability, as well as some biomechanical variables that were represented by the thrust force of the foot in the stage of upgrading the moment of fulcrum, the time of contact for the stage of ascension, the angular speed of the rise. After completing the application of the exercises and extracting the results of the pre- and post-tests, the study came out with the most important results, which were that the training of the variable in the FMC method contributed to improving some physical abilities and biomechanical variables in the research sample, and that the combination of exercises that vary in intensity such as weight training and Plyometric training contributes to positive changes at the level of nervous excitement and thus contributes to improving muscular ability, and that the exercises that were developed in the FMC method included exercises for physical requirements and similar to the path of movement led To improve the level of achievement of the long jump, in addition, the variation of intensity between one exercise and another provides the possibility of applying differentiated training in the FMC method in the stages of special preparation and competitions as it gives a great opportunity to recover and perform greater repetitions with the same intensity required without early fatigue.
