This study aims to determine whether there is an effectiveness of 30 meter running speed on the results of the long jump in male and female students of the Jakarta State University athletic KOP. This research is experimental research. This research uses a quantitative approach with the T test method. The population of this study amounted to 113 people, from the population taken by purpose sampling technique. Thus, 64 sample members were obtained with a division of 32 male and 32 female. The research instrument is a long jump test, which aims to measure the length of the jump. After that the data is processed statistically using SPSS version 26. The research hypothesis is the effectiveness of the 30 meter run on the results of the long jump. Based on statistical analysis, there is a male long jump pre-test value of 0.818 and a male long jump post-test of 0.873, while in the female long jump pre-test of 0.167 and the female long jump post-test of 0.851. So the data shows an increase in the results of the training given. So this study has the results of the effectiveness of the 30 meter run on the long jump of male and female students of the Jakarta State University athletics KOP.
