Underwent training programme for the period of twelve weeks, and control group has not under gone any type of training. Investigator selected bio-motor fitness variables were agility and Cardiovascular Endurance the data were collected before and after the training programme. The selected data was statistically analysized by using dependent ‘t’ test to find out the significant difference between pre and post-test. In all the cases 0.05 level of confidence was fixed to test the hypothesis. The significance of the means of the obtained test results was tested at 0.05 level of confidence. The result of the study reveals that fartlek training group was better than the control group on bio-motor fitness variables.
