The effect of using differential programmed learning exercises on some skills and achievement of 25 m freestyle swimming for talented players of (10-11) years old

Abstract:

The research dealt with the procedures of one of the teaching styles, types and methods, in which the research dealt with subjecting the teaching methods process in the process of learning swimming to the talented players, effective and correct performance according to the performance of skills included in the research, including the learning method according to the differential learning method programmed for the skills of descent to water, floating on the stomach and sliding in the completion of the sample in the 25 m freestyle swimming, which has an effective and influential role for the learning stages of the basic skills of swimmers, as the research included the objectives that touched on the impact of the use of differential learning method programmed and know the impact of this method in learning these skills for the sample members as well as the hypotheses that touched to know the differences between the pre- and post-tests in the skills, and achievement of the sample members of the experimental and control groups in the pre- and post-tests among the sample members as well as the conclusions that showed the role of this method of learning as effective and influential more than the effectiveness of the commanding method The recommendations included in the research use of such a method to learn skills for the talented players with other samples in Swimming.
