Crises in administrative concepts is a term that is frequently repeated and preoccupies the minds of all workers in administrative systems, where no administrative work is free from exposure to obstacles or crises that lead to obstruction of work, including school administrations where they face crises that make them perform more roles than their daily duties, so the research question is: Do school administrations adopt effective methods in overcoming crises. The objectives of the research are to identify the number of years of experience and their practice of educational crisis management methods. As well as identifying their academic qualification and the extent of their practice of educational crisis management. The researcher reached several results: There is a weakness in the strategic planning aspect of schools. Lack of research on strategic planning for crisis management. The lack of educational courses provided to school principals and teachers to raise the third Rusafa. In light of the results, the researcher recommends the establishment of a department specialized in crisis management in the educational administration.Holding programs and workshops for school workers on modern and effective methods in facing school crises.Establishing a team to manage school crises in all schools led by the school principal and the membership of some teachers and social counselor.
