This study examines how health and wellness clubs contribute to the psychological well-being of urban women, focusing on the impact of regular physical activity and age. A sample of 360 women across three age groups (31-40, 41-50, and 50+) participated in the study, with psychological well-being assessed using the Psychological Well-Being Scale. Results show that psychological well-being improves with age, particularly in areas like life satisfaction, emotional stability, and stress management. The 41-50 age group reported the highest levels of well-being, while the 50+ group exhibited greater emotional control and openness to change. The 31-40 group showed more variability in responses, with lower scores in relationship satisfaction and stress management. Overall, the findings suggest that health clubs play a significant role in enhancing psychological well-being, with potential benefits for women across all age groups.
