Flipped learning ensures to a large extent the optimal use of the teacher's time during the class, as the teacher evaluates the level of students at the beginning of the class and then designs activities within the educational lesson by focusing on clarifying concepts, stabilizing knowledge, and skills, and then supervises on their activities, and provides appropriate support for those who stumble, and thus the levels of understanding and achievement are very high, because the teacher took into account the individual differences between learners, and handball is one of the sports activities that need to apply scientific methods to achieve its goals, because it has many advantages including improving functional fitness, developing and development physical qualities, and acquisition of motor skills and the importance of the research revolves around developing methods of teaching school physical education using modern technological means to bring the educational process to achieve its goals and teach handball in an effective and influential manner in educational conditions and try to overcome the problem of learners' inability to teach the skills under study, and this is what prompted the researcher to use the flipped learning strategy in developing some basic skills in handball among preparatory stage students, so the researcher decided to study the effect of the flipped learning strategy in learning basic skills in handball and through the following question.

Do handball teachers use this flipped learning strategy to teach basic handball skills?

The researcher used the one-group experimental method with two tests (pre-teat and post-test), because of its suitability and harmony with the nature of the issue related to the research.

The researcher deliberately selected the research community, which was represented by the students of the fourth preparatory grade at Uqba bin Nafi Boys' Preparatory School for the academic year (2024-2025), the sample was formed by randomly selecting them by drawing lots and numbered (10) students

In light of the results, the researcher reached the following conclusions: The use of the flipped learning strategy had a positive impact on the performance of students in handball for the research sample in the pre and posttests.

The researcher recommends the following: Sports curricula should be developed to include more technology-supported activities to enhance teaching effectiveness.
