This study aimed to examine the impact of core hypertrophy training on movement proficiency indicators in basketball players. An experimental group underwent an 8-week core hypertrophy training program designed to enhance key performance attributes. The selected criterion variables included speed, agility, leg explosive power, and upper body strength. All dependent variables were assessed before and after the training period. The collected data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation, and a paired t-test was applied to determine statistical significance at a 0.05 level. The findings revealed that core hypertrophy training led to significant improvements in movement proficiency indicators, highlighting its effectiveness in enhancing basketball performance.
