The current study aimed to prepare an educational curriculum to improve the most important physical qualities, motor abilities and some basic skills in futsal. The conduct of research and studies and find relationships between the mental and skill aspects is the result of scientific progress and a factor of the progress of the sports field, and through the observation of the researcher and his access to most of the messages that pour into the field of futsal for the deaf and mute found that the traditional programs are insufficient to master and develop the basic skills of the game and must keep pace with the tremendous progress in physical education, Especially since the game of football needs continuous training and a special technique for the players who practice it, as these exercises must be according to the technical performance of the movements related to the skill and needs mental perception in the numbers and preparation of players, as most of the studies to the best of the researcher's knowledge did not address this type of relationship, so the researcher decided to disclose it in the belief that this study will be a scientific addition to the sports library in general and the deaf and mute category in particular because of what these enjoy The category of intelligence and determination. The researcher assumes the existence of the impact of the educational program in the development of some mental processes for futsal players for the deaf and dumb, and the existence of the effect of the educational program in the development of some basic skills in futsal for the deaf and dumb. The researcher used the experimental method for its suitability and the nature of the research using the method of the two equivalent control and experimental groups with pre- and post-tests. The research sample was selected in a random deliberate way from the players of the Paralympic Committee in Maysan Governorate in futsal for the deaf and dumb, and their number was (20) players were divided into two groups (control group, experimental group) the number of each group (10) players, and (1) player was excluded for non-compliance and (5) players used by the researcher in the exploratory experiment. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-tests of the experimental group in the basic skills tests and in favor of the post-test, the researcher concluded that the mental processes are of great importance in the development of the ability of players to perform some basic skills in futsal for the deaf and dumb. The more visualizable the player, the higher their performance. The researcher recommends paying attention to the development of mental processes through which the player reaches a clear vision of the skill and its parts.
