Mechanisms for activating the investment of sports academies in Iraqi sports clubs

Abstract:

The research aims to identify the mechanisms for activating the investment of sports academies in Iraqi sports clubs through (identifying the requirements for investing in sports academies in Iraqi sports clubs, and setting mechanisms and standards for investing in sports academies in Iraqi sports clubs). The researchers used the descriptive approach. The researchers selected a random sample of (65) individuals from the members of the boards of directors of the clubs (Samarra - Saad - Salah al-Din - Kahraba - Diyala), and a group of investors and businessmen interested in the sports field. The researchers relied on a questionnaire as a basic tool for collecting data, and the most important results were (allowing the organization of various sports academies leagues, providing infrastructure services for sports academies, providing human cadres capable of managing sports academies, facilitating administrative procedures for obtaining investment licenses, working on maintaining and renewing stadiums on an ongoing basis, spreading the culture of sports investment among investors, taking all legal measures to market and rent football stadiums, and one of the most important recommendations was the necessity of providing the necessary financial capabilities to develop the work of sports academies, and creating a sports investment department in the organizational structure of sports clubs.
