Badminton is a sport that is simple, easy to play, and does not require extensive facilities. It is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. Despite its accessibility, badminton is an exciting and dynamic sport that attracts many people to practice and compete. Due to the nature of the game, which requires players to use multiple muscle groups, move continuously, and perform repetitive movements at high intensity, it carries a high risk of injury.
This study examines the current state of injuries commonly experienced by amateur middle-aged male players (approximately 36 to 50 years old). The research aims to identify the causes of these injuries and propose effective preventive and remedial solutions. The focus is particularly on players with long-term experience practicing and competing in badminton at the University of Technology and the surrounding areas.
