The present study aims to compare the explosive strength of volleyball and netball players from the Bhopal Division. Explosive strength, a key component of athletic performance, especially in jumping and throwing actions, plays a critical role in both sports. A total of 60 male players (30 volleyball and 30 netball) aged 18-25 years were selected through purposive sampling. The Sargent Jump Test was used to measure explosive strength. The data was statistically analyzed using the independent t-test to determine the significant difference between the two groups. The results revealed a statistically significant difference in the explosive strength of volleyball and netball players, with volleyball players demonstrating higher explosive power. The findings highlight the specific training demands and physical conditioning associated with each sport.
