The use of foam rollers as an auxiliary tool. It serves as a prelude to a research study aiming to evaluate the potential effects of this type of training intervention on key body composition components and health-related fitness indicators in women aged 30-35 years, The study aimed to design exercises using foam rollers and to identify their effect on body composition and health-related fitness indicators among women in the specified age group. The researcher employed the experimental method using a one-group pre-test-post-test design, as it fits the nature of the problem being addressed, Field procedures included conducting experiments and tests covering health-related fitness indicators, such as grip strength test, upper body muscular endurance test, flexibility test, coordination test (numbered circle transfer), and the Brach Cardiac Power Index test. Body composition variables included body water percentage, protein level, body fat mass, muscle mass, and mineral content, The researcher implemented Pilates-based training using foam rollers for a duration of 8 weeks, with three training sessions per week, totaling 24 sessions, Based on the results obtained, the study concluded that foam roller exercises proved effective in improving body composition by reducing body fat percentage and increasing lean muscle mass in the participating women. Additionally, results showed improvements in physiological indicators related to health, particularly flexibility and muscular strength, reflecting an overall functional development in both the muscular and circulatory systems, The researcher recommends incorporating foam roller exercises into training and health programs targeting women aged 20-35 years to improve general health, enhance body composition, and prevent diseases associated with physical inactivity. It is also recommended to encourage fitness and rehabilitation centers to adopt these exercises as part of flexibility and muscular recovery programs, due to their scientifically proven positive effects.
