The study aimed to identify the level of knowledge management of work for club presidents in sports federations in Misan Governorate, represented by club presidents in sports clubs and institutions. The research sample amounted to (120) players and coaches in various games, the researcher used the construction of a knowledge management scale for the work of club presidents, which includes (24) paragraphs A, and it was applied to the aforementioned sample, and then the data was processed statistically. The results indicated that the level of knowledge management among sports club presidents was high, among the most important recommendations are conducting follow-up studies and holding seminars and scientific research related to the level of knowledge management and performance development in all sports federations, institutions and bodies to advance the reality of Iraqi sports.
